Our story
The co-founders of LiBCycle began working on the idea at the end of 2020, initially developing a smart transportation box for electric vehicle batteries to support more sustainable mobility. Since then, a great deal has evolved, but our core mission has remained the same: enabling sustainable mobility across Europe.
In 2021, we secured our first investment and used it to develop and certify the LiBCycle Box. Today, we provide battery transportation boxes, logistics and recycling services, while building a cloud-based platform that connects stakeholders across the lithium-ion battery value chain, automates processes, and helps predict battery performance and lifecycle outcomes.
